Customer Service – Liquidline have an exciting opportunity in Customer Service based at their Head Office in Ipswich. Liquidline is a fast-growing family owned business and also has branches in London, Yeovil, and Coventry and with further branch offices opening in due course.

This role will work alongside the sales and client management teams, and you will be responsible for taking incoming calls from customers, processing orders and professionally dealing with customer queries by phone and email.
The successful candidate will be confident and have the ability to work both on your own and within a team environment. You will also possess the following:

Experience of working in a sales or customer service environment would be an advantage, as would experience within the refreshments market.
