Enjoy free standard delivery on any orders over £100.
While geographical location can restrict some of the delivery services we are able to offer on some products, we deliver to most postal areas in mainland UK.
With every delivery, there is a copy of the dispatch note attached, which lists the contents of your delivery for you to check. If your delivery is incomplete, then it may be possible for the order to be split into 2 or more boxes, which may have become separated in transit, please contact customer service if you have any queries.
If the courier service is delivering your order, then you should receive direct communication from them, but If you would like to know an estimated delivery time for our own delivery then please call or email customer service.
Sorry, we don’t offer same-day delivery, but you can collect your order from us if you are local. Please see our location pages and then contact customer service.
Please call customer service if you have any queries regarding your delivery, any photos of the damaged parcels and goods will be very useful for finding a solution for you.
There is no minimum spend for delivery, but free Standard delivery applies to orders of £100 or more. For orders under £100, standard delivery is charged at £10.50 plus VAT.
If you require Saturday delivery, we can provide this, at a cost of £32 plus VAT, please contact customer service to apply this delivery option.
Every effort is made to ensure multiple items are sent to you within the same parcel however this is not always possible and you may receive the same order in separate parcels perhaps on different days. Please contact customer service if you have any queries.
Once we have received your returned item(s), we will issue a refund. We will send you an email once your refund has been processed. Please allow 10-14 working days for the refund to show in your account.
