We Are One of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women
Liquidline has been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women™ 2026, ranking 90th in the Large Organisation category by Great Place To Work UK.
While we’re incredibly proud of this achievement, what makes it especially meaningful is how it’s earned. Rather than being decided by a judging panel, the rankings are based on anonymous feedback from the women who work here, making it a genuine reflection of the culture we’ve built together.
The UK’s Best Workplaces for Women™ list celebrates organisations that are creating inclusive environments where women feel supported, valued and able to develop their careers. For us, it’s recognition of something we’ve always believed: when people are given the opportunity to grow, the whole business benefits.
Representation Matters
Building an inclusive workplace starts with creating opportunities for everyone to succeed.
Today, women make up almost a third of our workforce, almost half of our Board of Directors, and our Senior Management Team has an equal gender split. Together, these figures demonstrate that women are represented throughout our business and have opportunities to develop and progress into leadership roles.
While statistics only tell part of the story, they reflect something we’re incredibly proud of: creating an environment where talented people can build long-term careers, develop their skills and progress based on ability.
Supporting Every Stage of the Journey
Representation is only one part of creating a great place to work. Equally important is ensuring our people feel supported throughout every stage of their career and life.
That’s why we’ve continued to invest in initiatives that help our people thrive. From enhanced family leave and menopause support to mental health and wellbeing initiatives, we’re committed to supporting our colleagues both inside and outside of work.
Professional development is equally important. Through apprenticeships, learning and development opportunities, internal progression and clear career pathways, we aim to give everyone the opportunity to learn, grow and achieve their ambitions. Alongside flexible working opportunities where roles allow and employee recognition programmes that celebrate success across the business, we’re continually investing in creating an environment where people can do their best work.
It isn’t just one initiative that creates a great workplace, it’s the combination of opportunity, support, recognition and a culture where people feel respected that makes the difference.
Listening to the People Who Matter Most
The UK’s Best Workplaces for Women™ rankings aren’t based on written submissions or a judging panel. They’re built on the experiences of the people who know Liquidline best.
Every year, colleagues across the business anonymously share their feedback through the Great Place To Work survey. Those insights help us understand what’s working well, where we can continue to grow and, most importantly, how our people experience working at Liquidline every day.
Being recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women™ tells us that the women across our business feel supported, valued and able to develop their careers. That’s something we’re incredibly proud of and something we’ll continue to build on.
Behind every machine we install, every engineer we send, and every customer we support is a dedicated team committed to delivering the very best experience.
To everyone who took the time to share their feedback, and to every member of the Liquidline team who contributes to our culture each day, thank you. This recognition belongs to all of you.
