Offer Period

This promotion is available on qualifying sales agreements signed between 20 July 2026 and 17:00 on 30 September 2026.

Territory
The offer is available to qualifying customers located in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland.

Upgrade Credits

  • £250/€250 credit when upgrading to a qualifying Powdered Milk Bean-to-Cup machine.
  • £500/€500 credit when upgrading to a qualifying Fresh Milk Bean-to-Cup machine.

Credits will be applied to the customer’s account within 14 days following successful installation of the new machine.

Eligibility

  • The offer is available to existing Liquidline customers who have been identified as qualifying customers by Liquidline.
  • Customers must have purchased an existing coffee machine that is five years old or older.
  • The customer must sign a sales agreement for a qualifying machine by 17:00 on 30 September 2026.
  • One upgrade credit is available per qualifying machine being replaced.
  • Credit value is determined by the type of replacement machine supplied.

Qualifying Machines
The upgrade offer applies to Liquidline bean-to-cup coffee machines, subject to confirmation from Liquidline in each case.

Credit Allocation

  • Where a customer orders more machines than they have eligible machines to replace, credits will only be applied to the number of eligible machines being replaced.
  • Where multiple machine types are ordered, credits will be allocated to the lower-value incentive first.

General

  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other upgrade, trade-in, rebate or promotional credit unless agreed by Liquidline in writing.
  • All credits are subject to eligibility verification and approval by Liquidline.
  • Liquidline reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time.
  • Qualifying machine models may be amended by Liquidline without prior notice.
  • The sales agreement will be subject to approval by Liquidline.
