Responsibilities
The Change & Communications Lead will own how change is planned, landed and embedded at Liquidline. You will establish and lead a consistent approach to change across technology, process, organisational and people initiatives, and you will be accountable for the change approach, change readiness, adoption, stakeholder engagement and change communications. You will also own the company communications calendar, so that all company-wide communication is planned, coordinated and well timed.
We want every employee to feel informed, involved and engaged, and to be able to understand, contribute to and shape the changes that affect them. You will make that real by listening to employees throughout each change, acting on what you hear and using that insight to influence how change is implemented. Just as importantly, you will equip our leaders and managers to lead their own teams through change with confidence, rather than simply communicating change to them.
- Lead and embed a consistent approach to change management across business, people, process and technology initiatives.
- Develop and deliver change, engagement and communication plans that drive successful adoption of new ways of working.
- Assess change impacts, stakeholder needs and business readiness, ensuring teams are prepared and supported throughout change programmes.
- Partner with leaders and managers, providing coaching, guidance and tools to help them confidently lead their teams through change.
- Gather and act on employee feedback, using insights to shape and improve change initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, acting as a trusted advisor on change and engagement.
- Create clear, engaging communications tailored to different audiences and communication channels.
- Own the company communications calendar, ensuring messaging is coordinated, timely and aligned with business priorities.
- Lead the change and communications workstream for key business projects, including a major ERP transformation programme.
- Monitor adoption, engagement and change success metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading business, technology, process or organisational change initiatives.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practice.
- Experience driving stakeholder engagement, change readiness and adoption.
- Skilled in coaching and supporting leaders through change.
- Experience delivering internal communications and employee engagement activities.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- Able to translate complex information into clear, engaging messages.
- Highly organised, with strong planning and project delivery skills.
- Comfortable using data and employee feedback to drive decisions and improvements.
- Experience supporting ERP or large-scale transformation programmes is desirable but not essential.
