How do I set up a subscription?
Simply log in to your Liquidline account. We have already suggested the regular products you order, but please feel free to add items to your basket, click the ‘Subscribe’ button next to each item, and select your preferred delivery frequency at checkout.
What is the subscription service?
Our subscription service allows you to set up recurring deliveries for frequently used items such as coffee beans, tea bags, sugar sachets, cleaning tablets, and cups. It helps ensure your team is never without essentials.
What is Café Bonté?
Café Bonté is our premium, in-house coffee brand. Ethically sourced and roasted to perfection, the range includes a variety of blends suitable for bean to cup and espresso machines. Whether you prefer smooth and mellow or rich and bold, there’s a blend to suit your taste.
Do you offer seasonal drinks?
Absolutely. We release themed seasonal drink recipes, accompanied by limited-edition syrups and promotional materials. Our popular seasonal kits help you create buzz in the workplace or serve creative drinks to customers all year round.
Do you offer barista training?
Yes! Our in-house coffee experts provide hands-on barista training either at your location or at our Liquidline Coffee Academies. Training covers everything from coffee brewing techniques and milk frothing to machine cleaning and maintenance.
Can I reorder previous purchases from my account?
Yes. Your order history is saved in your dashboard so you can quickly view, access and reorder regular items with just a few clicks from your dashboard.
How do I reset my password?
Click on “Forgot Password?” on the login page. You’ll receive an email with a secure link to reset your password and regain access to your account.
What can I do on my account dashboard?
Your account dashboard allows you to view past orders, manage subscriptions, update delivery or billing details and track your deliveries. It’s designed to make managing your refreshment needs quick and easy.
How do I create an account?
Once you become a Liquidline customer, you’ll be able to access our My Account feature. To activate your account, simply email us at [email protected] or call us on 0800 849 9110. You can also visit our website using the link you were sent via email in your onboarding process. From there, just follow the quick and easy steps to register and get started.
Can I speak to someone for help choosing a product?
Yes, we offer personalised consultations. You can use our machine finder tool or book a live demo with one of our experts to guide you to the best solution for your space, volume and drink preferences.
Do you supply nationally?
Yes, we have nationwide coverage across the UK and Ireland. Our engineers, delivery teams, and support network span the entire region, ensuring timely service no matter your location.
Can I get a machine for a small business?
Yes, absolutely. We support businesses of all sizes, from small offices, cafés and retail setups to large-scale facilities. With flexible options to purchase or lease, we’ll find the right fit for your scale and budget.
When leasing a machine in particular, it is advantageous that companies have at least three years of trading history, but we assess each request on a case-by-case basis.
