Community Coffee

Core to the community strategy was the installation of a coffee & juice bar in the main lobby. Since as early as the 15th century, coffee houses have been an important social gathering point, so the hope was that providing a relaxed comforting atmosphere, with great quality beverages, would encourage residents to engage in conversation with their neighbours and build strong, solid relationships.

By working with the developers from the very beginning of the design stage, and setting expectations in terms of the utilities and fittings required, Coel Waterhouse was able to hand the reins over to us during the build and installation stage, safe in the knowledge that we would coordinate with other contractors to hit deadlines and ensure a quality finished product.

The result is an all-singing, all-dancing on-site amenity that delights residents. Available via a contactless Nayax payment system visitors can enjoy barista-quality coffee from a top of the range Schaerer Soul bean to cup coffee machine, get one of their five a day from the Juicetouch machine or refill their water bottle for the day with delicious chilled filtered water from the seamlessly integrated Billi tap.

Yes, absolutely. We support businesses of all sizes, from small offices, cafés and retail setups to large-scale facilities. With flexible options to purchase or lease, we’ll find the right fit for your scale and budget.

When leasing a machine in particular, it is advantageous that companies have at least three years of trading history, but we assess each request on a case-by-case basis.
