Customer satisfaction has continuously been the main goal for Clodagh and the team. To take their customer service experience to the next level, Eye World decided every customer should have access to free wi-fi and a hot drink whilst visiting. It was then up to us to find Eye World the perfect coffee machine that would suit all their needs.

Something for Everyone
The main focus for our sales team was to make sure that Eye World acquired a coffee machine that met every aspect of their requirements as a business. Eye World decided that they wanted to offer a range of hot drinks to their customers so that there was something for everyone. To give customers the ultimate Eye World experience, customised cups were also a must-have. The knowledgeable Liquidline sales team decided that the best machine would be the modern Cafetouch 5 Bean to Cup Machine. With its quick dispense time and selection of up to 8 drinks, this machine was perfect!

Eye World always encourage feedback from their customers, and since installing their coffee machine, there’s been nothing but positive comments. The hot chocolate has fast become a favourite, especially amongst younger visitors! Compliments such as ‘this is the best’ have been regularly heard from children enjoying a delicious hot chocolate. We’re very happy to hear that the Liquidline drinks machine has been such a success for Eye World.
