One of the most significant benefits of a plumbed water cooler dispenser within the commercial space is cost. These units can be significantly less expensive than traditional bottled water coolers as water is filtered and chilled straight from the mains.
At Liquidline our filtered water dispensers and machines are available for both purchase and to lease. This ensures businesses of all sizes can invest in a suitable machine or dispenser for their commercial environment or office space.
Builds Workspace Culture
Recent years have seen increased demand for water dispensers within the office environment due to the benefits offered to employees. Everyone requires some time to decompress throughout the workday and when your employees take a break to gather around the office water cooler dispenser, it allows them to engage with one another. Thus, boosting morale and productivity as well as improving overall workplace culture.
Employee wellness is worth the investment since it directly relates to employee longevity and happiness. For a simple way to improve the overall wellbeing of your team, installing a water dispenser in the office landscape can be an effective way to ensure employees stay productive and engaged, as well as healthy throughout the years to come.

Unlimited Access to Eco-Friendly Water
With a plumbed water dispenser, businesses will never need to worry about running out of drinking water. With direct access to chilled filtered water throughout the day, you can expect to see a reduction in the amount of environmentally unfriendly single plastic consumption – saving the planet one water dispenser at a time.
Mains fed water dispensers and machines are extremely easy to use and maintain. After initial installation, most machines and dispensers only require a regular clean to maintain hygiene standards and an annual service appointment to check for any operational issues.
At Liquidline, we provide ongoing maintenance of water machines and dispensers within an 8-hour response time. With a UK wide team of experienced water dispenser engineers, we are able to offer support for water solutions that are reliable and improve performance.
Benefits of Bottled Water Coolers
Bottled water coolers provide some of the same benefits of mains fed coolers, in that providing your team with fresh cool water is a fantastic method for improving wellbeing, concentration and productivity. However, it is not always possible to install a plumbed in water machine cooler when a mains supply of water is not available, in which case a bottled water cooler is more suited.
Bottled Water Coolers are the perfect solution where a mains water supply is unavailable. Several coolers can be placed throughout an office, workplace or gym, wherever you see fit, without the constraints of requiring a mains water feed.
At the heart of our business is customer care and service, which includes the ongoing maintenance of water machines and dispensers (bottled and plumbed in water machines) with an 8-hour response time.

What are the Advantages of a Water Dispenser?
- Improved hydration - Studies show that mild dehydration can impair many impacts of brain function, so staying hydrated throughout the day is essential for concentration and productivity.
- Instant water - With a hot water boiler you can dispense boiling water at the touch of a button, without the need to wait around for the kettle to boil.
- Various options - Offer boiled, ambient, chilled and even sparkling water from a single water dispenser.
- Eco friendly - By providing fresh filtered water at your workplace you will reduce the carbon footprint of your staff as they will no longer be required to purchase bottled water.
Do Water Dispensers Save Money?
Water machines offer an eco-friendly and economical way to drink more water.
If your workforce is particularly thirsty for tea and coffee, then a hot water tap can save significant man hours standing around waiting for the kettle to boil. They are also much more energy efficient, which can reduce your electricity bill and your carbon footprint.
If you’re currently purchasing bottled water, then by installing a mains fed cooler you can expect to see significant savings over time.
Do Water Dispensers use a lot of Electricity?
The energy consumption of your water dispenser will depend on the make, model and how it is used. As a rule of thumb, hot water dispensers are often much more energy efficient than using a kettle, especially in busy areas such as offices where demand is high. Whilst most modern water coolers are fitted with energy saving technology such as a sleep mode, which puts the machine on standby when nobody has used the machine in a while.
How Often Should Water Dispensers be Cleaned?
Cleaning your water cooler regularly is essential for ensuring a safe and hygienic workplace. Maintaining the hygiene of your commercial water dispenser will also ensure your water remains pure at all times.
Daily surface cleaning of your water cleaner is required to prevent a build-up of dirt and bacteria and we also recommend taking the machine apart and sanitising regularly every 3-months.

How do you Clean Water Dispensers?
Unplug the water cooler and remove the water bottle. Ensure you are away from any electronic points to prevent any accidents, so you may wish to move the machine away from the power supply. Using an appropriate non-abrasive, food safe, sanitising cleaner and warm water, flush through the machine by pouring into the inner reservoir and draining via the tap. Repeat several times to ensure it is fully cleaned. Lift out the drip tray and scrub well under a running tap. Finally wipe down the full machine with a clean cloth before installing a new bottle and plugging back in to the mains.BACK TO TOP
