Liquidline Consumables Returns Policy

At Liquidline, we strive to provide high-quality consumable products to meet your needs. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a consumable product. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth returns process:

 

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

Consumable products are eligible for return within 24 hours of the delivery. Approval for 14 days return policy – must be resaleable and isn’t for damaged goods

Products must be unused, unopened, in date, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

 

  1. Non-Returnable Items:

Opened or partially used consumable products are not eligible for return.

Customised or special-order consumables cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

 

  1. Return Process:

Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Our team will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions for returning the item(s).

 

  1. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, or the product is defective. The return cost is £16.50+ VAT.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s).

Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee may apply to returns that are not due to product defects or errors on our part. The fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

  1. Inspection and Refunds:

Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.

Credit/refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

 

  1. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective consumable product, please contact us immediately upon receipt.

We will arrange for a replacement or issue a credit for the damaged or defective item(s) at no additional cost to you.

 

  1. Customer Satisfaction:

Liquidline Delivery Policy

At Liquidline, we are committed to providing efficient and reliable delivery services to our customers across the UK and Ireland. Please review the following guidelines regarding our delivery process:

Liquidline aims to deliver all orders within the UK and Ireland by the next business day.

Orders must be placed before our specified cut-off time to qualify for next-day delivery. Please refer to our website or contact our Customer Service team for the cut-off time in your area.

  1. Free Delivery Thresholds:

For online orders placed through our website, free delivery is available for purchases totalling £100 + VAT or more.

Orders placed over the phone or via email qualify for free delivery on purchases totalling £150 + VAT or more.

*Free delivery thresholds are exclusive of taxes and any applicable discounts.

  1. Delivery Charges:

For orders below the free delivery threshold, standard delivery charges will apply. These charges will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order weight.

Liquidline utilises reputable courier services to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor the delivery status online.

  1. Delivery Restrictions:

Liquidline currently offers delivery services within the UK and Ireland

Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas may take longer than the standard next-day delivery timeframe.

  1. Delivery Address Accuracy:

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete delivery address details at the time of ordering.

Liquidline will not be liable for any delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Customers will receive email notifications regarding the status of their order, including confirmation of dispatch and tracking information.
