We hear so much these days about sustainability, fair trade, organic and environmentally friendly produce, but when it comes to your daily cup of coffee, what does it really mean?
We hear so much these days about sustainability, fair trade, organic and environmentally friendly produce, but when it comes to your daily cup of coffee, what does it really mean? We’d like to share with you the importance of opting for a coffee supplier that only provides sustainably sourced coffee and the positive impact your decision will have….
Here at Liquidline, our global commitment to sustainability has led to us achieving multiple accreditations that not only enhance our environmental and social responsibility, but also ensure we source high-quality coffee beans that taste great!
We only purchase our coffee from suppliers that carry the Fairtrade Foundation, Rainforest Alliance and Organic Soil Association stamps of approval. By committing to suppliers accredited by these organisations, we know that the farmers who work hard to produce exceptional tasting coffee beans are receiving a fair price for their crops, whilst working in decent and dignified conditions.
We know that not a single cup of coffee served by one our coffee machines will be tainted by having played a part in deforestation or the exploitation of workers. Our great tasting coffee tastes even better thanks to the organic soil used to grow the coffee beans, removing the use of any artificial fertilisers, pesticides or herbicides during the farming process.
As an organisation based in the UK we appreciate how fortunate we are to enjoy a great cup of coffee in our everyday lives. Whether at work or whilst socialising, we should savour our coffee breaks and feel happy that the coffee we choose to enjoy is sustainably sourced thanks to organisations like the Fairtrade Foundation, Rainforest Alliance and Organic Soil Association and their efforts to support farmers around the world.
Our environmental commitment goes beyond our coffee suppliers and extends to our own operation, where we constantly assess our own carbon footprint and look for ways we can improve it.
Our coffee machines and wide variety of other drinks vending solutions, which produce great tasting coffee and juice, are already benefiting many offices, workplaces, automotive showrooms, garages, schools, colleges, hotels, event venues and many other places across the UK. If you would take pride in serving your employees or clients a fantastic tasting cup of coffee, free from any bitter repercussions thanks to our environmental and social commitment, then contact us today to find out more…
