  1. 1 cup of milk
  2. 1 tbsp of white sugar
  3. 1 tbsp of pumpkin puree
  4. 1 tbsp of pumpkin pie spice
  5. 3 tsp of cinnamon
  6. 2 tsp of nutmeg
  7. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or Monin vanilla syrup
  8. 1/4 cup brewed espresso

  1. Pull 2 shots of espresso into a mug.
  2. Put 2 tbsp of the pumpkin flavouring and 3 tsp of cinnamon into the mug.
  3. Steam the milk and pour it into the mug.

  1. Heat a tall, sturdy glass with boiling water
  2. Pour away the water and add sugar and coffee and stir until dissolved
  3. Add the whisky to the coffee and stir
  4. Pour the whipped cream using the back of a teaspoon over the surface of the coffee until you hit the rim of the glass and serve.
